Thank you, God, for giving me another year of life.
Thank you for all the people who remembered me today by sending cards, and letters, gifts and good wishes.
Thank you for all the experience of this past year; for times of success which will always be happy memories, for times of failure which reminded me of my own weakness and of my need for you, for times of joy when the sun was shining, for times of sadness which drove me to you.
for the hours I wasted, for the chances I failed to take, for the opportunities I missed this past year. Help me in the days ahead to make this the best year yet, and through it to bring good credit to myself, happiness and pride to my loved ones, and joy to you.
(Author Unknown To Me) May we all be Thankful & Glad &... To All My Friends & Family.... Have A Safe & Blessed.... HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Dear Rory....May the Good Lord hold you as you travel this journey you are on....My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.....He will not forsake you....
There were two horses in a field. From a distance, each horse looks like any other horse. But if you get a closer look you will notice something quite interesting… One of the horses is blind. His owner has chosen not to have him put down, but has made him a safe and comfortable barn to live in. This alone is pretty amazing. But if you stand nearby and listen, you will hear the sound of a bell. It is coming from a smaller horse in the field. Attached to the horse’s halter is a small, copper-colored bell. It lets the blind friend know where the other horse is, so he can follow. As you stand and watch these two friends you’ll see that the horse with the bell is always checking on the blind horse, and that the blind horse will listen for the bell and then slowly walk to where the other horse is, trusting he will not be led astray. When the horse with the bell returns to the shelter of the barn each evening, he will stop occasionally to look back, making sure that the blind friend isn’t too far behind to hear the bell.
Like the owners of these two horses, God does not throw us away just because we are not perfect. Or because we have problems or challenges. He watches over us and even brings others into our lives to help us when we are in need. Sometimes we are the blind horse, being guided by the little ringing bell of those who God places in our lives.
And at other times we are the guide horse, helping others to find their way. Good friends are like that. You may not always see them, but you know they are always there.
Please listen for my bell, and I will listen for yours”.

We went under the impression that Ryan was going to be sedated and have his bowels emptied since he was so impacted. I was told by the pediatricians office personnel that Children's was expecting us at the ER...So off we went to Buffalo, NY. We arrived and they didn't even know what we wee there for....I explained to them what was told to me and they told me that isn't done there anymore.
So we went from one room to another...and then had an x-ray taken....Yes Ryan is very Constipated!!!!! Really I could have told you that. He is given a huge bottle of Miralax to take dissolved in a 64oz of Gatorade over a 6-8hr period. And off home we headed.
Good thing I had asked for a Doctors excuse for Ryan to be absent from school cause he was absent for practically the entire week. Poor little thing had nothing but the runs....We have finally come to a point where he can go back to school with no worry of having an accident.
I had read some really not so nice things about the affects that Miralax had on children and since the Drs.' have had Ryan on some kind of dosage of Miralax since he was just a baby...Beside the fact that it has never even been tested on the effects in Children.....I took him off of it and went and researched a safer and hopefully a healthier way for Ryan to keep from being Constipated. We bought lots of different fruits, some Fig Newton's, ect.! Then I purchased Benifiber and Ryan started moving his bowels almost immediately within the first day of taking it......and moving his bowels normally.
Ryan says he feels so much better....he seems alert and more focused than he had been the last couple of months. We will keep praying that Ryan can continue on this road and recover to some kind of normal status.

Well Ryan walked right on into the school and left me in the wind...lol...I actually had to catch up to him.....when he met his teacher...and she told him it was nice meeting him and then to please pick a table to sit at...Well true to himself...he headed for the table full of girls....what a "Ladies Man!!!" After a little bit he turns to me and he says and I quote..."you have to go now Nana!" Half of me was happy and the other was sad....I guess I have done my job well......God Bless All The Children in our School's across the country....May they be safe and learn all that is offered to them! Also Congratulations Desiree I know that you will soar like an eagle at College....Shine like a star you are! Good Luck also to Alexis, Christopher and Zachary who have entered into Jr. High.....and Kaylee who is attending 1st grade as well......God Bless You All.....(((Hugs and Kisses)))

My Deepest Sympathy & Condolences....
in the fatal shooting of nine people at a historically black
South Carolina church in Charleston on June 18, 2015.
South Carolina church in Charleston on June 18, 2015.
Let not your hearts be troubled;
believe in God, believe also in me.
In my Father's house are many rooms;
if it were not so, would I have told
you that I go and prepare a place
for you? And when I go and prepare a place
for you, I will come again and will
take you to myself, that where I am
you may be also.
John 14: 1-3
He heals the brokenhearted
and binds up their wounds
[curing their pains and
their sorrows]. ~ Psalm 147:3
